You brutally murdered my rabbits. These scamming liars sold us a weak cage and within 2 nights my animals whom I’d had for 6 years died. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!! NOT SAFE. FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!!! Please read and take seriously

Quality items delivered promptly,would definately use vidaxl again.

The general quality was good. I had not realised however that the chairs were self assembly ( including drilling and screwing 4 brackets to each chair ). Unfortunately the components of 2 of the 4 chairs did not fit together. I employed local joiner who redrilled holes and all was well.........following the earlier review I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the supplier. They expressed concern at the situation and suggested they would reimburse me for my joinery costs. I was so impressed by this customer service that I decided to revise my original star rating.

The BBQ was of poor quality, welds split, fabrication poor, and terribly overpriced for the quality of workmanshipI returned it and eventually received my full refundThe refund process took ten days not 3-5 as advertised

Very bad customer service . Returning and refund slow and dodgy.

Tracking could have been better, however the box turned up before the tracking said it would.

The website never gave me an option to input my address so when I paid via PayPal it went to the address on the paypal account. I quickly realised that it was going to my previous address so I emailed them to cancel my orders, (because you can not change address once purchased). They only cancelled one of my orders and then I received an email telling me the other order was with the courier. I tried to contact them again and finally got a reply telling me to contact them when my tracking number was active, so I did. However I received no reply again, just a message from the courier that the package has been delivered to a neighbor. My last email to them was explaining how I haven't gotten the item because it has been delivered to a neighbor of an address I no longer live at and I would like a refund as I am not able to get this package. The reply I got from them was 'we can't refund you, can't you ask your neighbor to help'. Clearly do not listen to you or have any idea what they are doing. Takes them forever to reply. Can't comment on the quality of the product, but if it's as bad as their customer service, it would crumble as soon as I used it.

To Be honest if I could have no Stars, I would. We purchased a dining table from Vida XL in December 2020. The description was of a solid wood table. When the table arrived it was not solid wood. It was hollow pallet wood. We made a complaint to VidaXL to which they issued a £52 refund.We decided to keep the table to see what it would be like. We were having a new extension build so were unable to build the table until February. We started building the table and the legs were dented and did not fit into the table. In fact the structure was over 6 inches too long. We contacted Vida XL and they responded with offering a further £50 refund. However, the table was not fit for purpose as it did not fit on the legs so we asked for a full refund and to return it. Also the box had DPD Swap on it which indicated to us that the item had already been out and returned and then issued to us second hand. Vida XL sent Parcelforce to collect the table, and the driver had only 1 label but there were two parcels. We were dubious to let it go but he said he would correct the label at the depot. Anyway, as expected VidaXL then were refusing to refund us as they say they had one parcel instead of 2 despite us video recording the transaction and the parcels leaving the depot. Would NEVER deal with this company again, they sent us second hand substandard product and held us to ransom over our refund. Beware.


My acacia wood 2 drawer and cupboard sideboard arrived safely today.I was mid assembly and noticed that the part that covers and locks the internal screws; of which there are many, do not fit into the holes provided for them. There is a huge lip, perhaps the holes are not cut deep enough, but due to being unable to lock the screws into place, I am unable to assemble the product, if I do it would be unfit for purpose as would be wobbling all over the place!I have emailed customer service, but based off reviews on here, I’m not very hopeful!!UPDATE: Customer services were actually very good! They replaced the dodgy parts (I took 5-10 business days for them to come though) and refunded some of the overall cost as a way of an apology!

Excellent delivery, item bought as Christmas present will review after 25th December
